Here's our story:
Craftline Printing, C-Point-Marketing's parent company, has been in continuous operation as a high-end commercial printer for over 17 years. Craftline and C-Point are advantageously located in Fort Wayne, Indiana, a logistical crossroads of the United States.
In 1999, Craftline was introduced to a marketing person at a major insurance company who needed a printer in the midwest. We began doing full color personalized mailing for the company's agents.
Apparently, Craftline satisfied the marketing person because she introduced us to others within the company. Our business grew from just printing to printing, purchasing mailing lists and mailing for their company.
Again, we performed to their satisfaction, their agents were happy and we continued to expand. We began a series of "What if we could build a web-enabled ordering site" conversations with the marketing people. They told us their vision, and we built it for them.
They liked it and told other divisions of their company. Craftline rolled along until 2006 creating new OrderWeb sites, expanding into other industries and doing our best to make people happy.
In late 2006, we had a "what if we could track all the leads and create reports showing response and ROI"
conversation with our biggest client. He shared his vision and we built it for him.
And that was the beginning of C-Point-Marketing and the CyclePoint Solution.
C-Point-Marketing isn't the climax of our corporate success story. It's just the beginning of the story. It's not
about us, it's about what happens when you listen to what your client's want and give it to them.
